Shipping policy

We process and ship your order within 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and may take 2-5 business days for the Post Office to got it to you, depending on where you are located.

We offer International Shipping. Just put the address you’ll like your order to be shipped to and our system will calculate the shipping price to your destination.

Our shipping flat rate shipping price ONLY applies to US orders.   

We ship Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the next Monday.  We are closed on the weekends. 

Please allow additional time during the HOLIDAY SEASON for your order to be processed. About 3-8 business days. Your patients are very much appreciated.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information via email. 

 

Please make sure to double check your shipping information to make sure they are correct before placing your order. If your order is returned back to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping fee. 

If your order says it was delivered but, you cannot find the package in your mailbox, please check with your neighbors as sometimes, the post office may have delivered it to the wrong mailbox or house. 

Mellow Melanin is not responsible for any lost packages once tracking number has been sent to the email address provided when your order was place. Please call the United States Postal Service (USPS) at 1-800-275-8777 for any problem with lost packages. 

But, if your order arrives damaged, please send us a message with the order number and a picture of the damaged item or package at  contact@mellowmelanin.com and we will do our best to make things right!

 

Shipping in Summer Months: 

The ingredients in our Body Butters has a low melting point. The butters may melt during transit, but please do not be alarmed. Just put the jar in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes and the butters will solidify. You will not lose the nutrients and benefits.
