Refund policy

Because our products are considered personal care goods, returns and  exchanges are not accepted. 

PLEASE NOTE:
We cannot issue a refund after the order says package was delivered. So please make sure to double check your address before clicking the checkout  button. Also, please check with your neighbors as sometimes the post office can deliver items to the wrong mailbox and/or house.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us with the order number and a picture of the package immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
